Description of Services

RENTREFI, LLC provides information about DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loan products for rental property investors. Our website includes educational content, a DSCR calculator tool, and loan application forms. Our services are available to individuals and entities seeking financing for investment properties in eligible states.

Not a Commitment to Lend

Nothing on this website constitutes a commitment to lend, a guarantee of loan approval, or an offer to make a loan. All loan applications are subject to underwriting review and approval. Rates, terms, programs, and conditions are subject to change without notice. The information provided on this website, including calculator results and rate estimates, is for informational purposes only and does not represent a binding offer.

Investment Property Only

All loan products offered through RentRefi are for business or investment purposes only. Loans are not available for personal, family, or household use. Properties financed must be investment properties. Primary residences and second homes do not qualify.

SMS Messaging Program

RENTREFI, LLC (“RentRefi”) sends transactional SMS messages including loan application follow-ups, document requests, status updates, and appointment confirmations to consumers who have submitted a loan inquiry on rentrefi.com and have affirmatively opted in via our consent checkbox.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and receive SMS messages from RENTREFI, LLC. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@rentrefi.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
