How We Operate

RENTREFI, LLC is a licensed mortgage broker specializing in rental property loans. We submit loan applications to wholesale lenders on behalf of our clients. Our role is to structure your deal, shop it across multiple wholesale lending partners for the best rate and terms, submit it for underwriting, and guide the transaction to close.

States Served

RentRefi currently serves borrowers in the following states: Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas (primary markets), and most additional US states. We do not currently operate in Nevada, South Dakota, or North Dakota.
